Terms and conditions

These terms govern use of the Hefti Football Academy website and its online services, particularly applications for a minor player. By using the website or submitting an application, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.

An application for a minor must be submitted by a guardian or another duly authorised legal representative. If you do not accept these terms, do not submit the application and contact the academy with any questions.

The website provides general information about the academy and its programmes and allows an initial registration application to be submitted. Practical details may be completed directly with the administration.

Submitting the form does not create final membership, guarantee a place or constitute payment unless the academy expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

• Applications are reviewed against age, supporting documents and available capacity.
• The administration may request additional information or documents.
• A final decision or request to complete the file is communicated through an authorised contact channel.
• Schedules, programmes and venues may be adjusted for sporting or organisational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

The player must be between 6 and 17 years old when the application is submitted, subject to the applicable season rules. Guardian and player details must be accurate, complete and consistent with official documents.

The applicant is responsible for having legal authority, maintaining valid contact details and reporting any change that may affect the application or the player’s safety.

• Do not impersonate a guardian or use another person’s data without legal authority.
• Do not provide forged, altered or misleading documents or information.
• Keep relevant contact and medical information up to date.
• Respect the age category and programme proposed by the administration.

After submission, the guardian receives a private reference and printable documents. The tracking reference must be kept confidential and shared only with an authorised person.

Registration becomes final only after administrative approval, delivery of the required paper file, document verification and completion of the announced administrative and financial steps.

• An extract of the player’s birth certificate and a copy of the guardian’s identity document.
• A valid medical certificate confirming fitness for sporting activity.
• Two recent player photographs and printed, legalised forms.
• An application may be refused or suspended if requirements are unmet, information cannot be verified or capacity has been reached.

Fees, payment schedule, included services and any additional costs are communicated before final registration. The current application form does not collect bank details or process online payment.

Cancellation, suspension and refund requests are governed by the financial terms provided at final registration and mandatory applicable rules. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

• Amounts due must be paid within the agreed deadlines and supported by a receipt.
• Equipment, insurance or competition costs are included only when expressly stated.
• A suspension or cancellation request must be sent to the administration in writing.
• Force majeure and service interruptions are handled according to the circumstances, applicable law and communicated terms.

Football requires physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. The guardian must provide accurate health information and a valid medical certificate and promptly report any relevant illness, allergy, treatment or restriction.

The academy takes reasonable supervision and safety measures but cannot guarantee that no injury will occur. These terms do not exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.

• Follow coaches’ and supervisors’ instructions and venue safety rules.
• Use suitable clothing and equipment and take proper care of it.
• Do not participate with a medical contraindication or symptoms that may create danger.
• Maintain a reachable emergency contact and attend when a situation requires it.
• Reasonable first-aid measures may be taken when the guardian cannot be reached, using available information and in the player’s interests.

The player and guardian must respect coaches, supervisors, players, opponents and facilities, and comply with the internal rules and lawful sporting and administrative instructions.

A proportionate measure — warning, temporary suspension or termination — may be taken after review and notice to the guardian, particularly for repeated misconduct or a safety risk.

• Violence, bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse and humiliating conduct are prohibited.
• Property must not be damaged and facilities must not be used without permission.
• Session and match times must be respected and absences reported.
• Minors’ privacy must be respected; their information or images must not be shared without an appropriate basis.
• The academy name and activities must not be commercially exploited without permission.

The website may be used for personal and lawful purposes connected with the academy. Academy-owned text, designs, marks, images and materials remain protected and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

The website may link to external services controlled by their respective providers. We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot rule out temporary interruption or technical error.

• Do not bypass security or attempt unauthorised access to systems or files.
• Do not transmit malicious code, disrupt the website or misuse its forms.
• Do not collect or republish user data without a lawful basis.
• Use generated references and documents only for their intended administrative purpose.

Guardian and player data is handled under the published privacy policy and applicable Moroccan law for application review, relationship management, security and relevant legal duties.

A player photograph is optional in the online application; photographs required in the paper file form part of registration requirements. Separate media or promotional use requires an appropriate basis and consent where required.

These terms may be updated when services, procedures or legal requirements change. The published version applies from its update date, without retroactive effect that unlawfully prejudices acquired rights.
