From the academy presidency
Together, we are developing a promising sporting generation.
As president of Hefti Football Academy, it is my pleasure to welcome you to this digital space, which reflects our vision and ambition to develop football and nurture promising generations in the city of Agdz.
This initiative began in 2018 with the establishment of Hefti Football School, the first building block of an ambitious sporting project. It later grew into an academy founded on clear principles: comprehensive player development, stronger technical and physical abilities, and the values of discipline, commitment and teamwork. We believe sport is a genuine school for building character.
We also believe that no sporting project can succeed without a safe and encouraging environment. We therefore pay close attention to player health and safety through health awareness, a strong culture of prevention, and practical solutions that support protection and appropriate insurance coverage, helping players continue their development with confidence.
Encouraging girls to play football is another important part of our mission. We believe in sport’s role in empowering women and strengthening their participation across society, and we are committed to an open sporting environment that offers equal opportunities to everyone.
Through our daily work, we aim to develop a modern training system led by a qualified team, while remaining open to partnerships and initiatives that can support the academy’s journey and raise the quality of its services.
In closing, we renew our commitment to pursuing the academy’s goals with seriousness and responsibility, serving our players and their families, and contributing to the standing of sport locally and nationally.
